The ZeroPlay Miter Bars takes sleds to the next level of precision. The miter bars are adjusted to fit your miter slots from above the sled, making the process as easy and precise as possible. The ZeroPlay expands to engage both edges of the miter slot along their entire length. This allows smooth operation with “zero play” side to side in a way no other miter bar can.
The defining feature and flaw of aftermarket miter bars are one in the same - set screws. Frustrated with the difficulty of fitting miter bars with set screws, Founder and inventor, Henry Wang, set out to change it. He conceived a method of adjustment based on opposing wedges, that adjusted the entire bar evenly in a single motion. With its ONE-TOUCH CALIBRATION® and top-down installation, the age-old struggles of sled making had finally been solved.

ZeroPlay Miter Bars are adjusted to fit the miter slot while it is attached to your sled, allowing you to get the best fit possible. Just set, test, adjust if needed, then begin using your sled.The two halves of the ZeroPlay expand to fit the slot, providing full contact all along both edges of the bar.

Does the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar work with Shopsmith® miter tracks?
It depends. The miter slots vary in width from model to model. Measure your miter slot to ensure that it is at least .730" wide"
I’m having trouble adjusting my miter bars - either too tight or too loose. Any tips?
If your miter bar fits well but becomes too tight when installed on a sled, you may have tightened the panhead screws too much. Overtightening those screws can cause the bars to compress and expand outward. Try putting a single strip of paper on the inside of one of the miter slots when adjusting the miter bars’ width. This should offset the compression that occurs during installation.
My table saw has tabs at the top of the miter slot. Will ZEROPLAY Miter Bars work on my saw?
No. The tabs will get in the way. Refer to the compatibility diagram here:

ZEROPLAY Miter Bars will fit ANY standard (3/4” x 3/8”) T-Track miter slot that measures between 0.73" and 0.79" wide and at least 5/16" deep.
